Each individual may hold only one active bet229 account. Duplicate accounts detected by our system will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus balances. This applies regardless of whether different payment methods or email addresses are used.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements and any game restrictions applicable to each offer are stated at the point of claim. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully satisfied.
bet229 prohibits any form of match-fixing, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), arbitrage abuse, or any activity that exploits system errors. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended and relevant funds will be voided.
All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Withdrawals require completed identity verification and must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered account. bet229 does not accept third-party payments or transfers to unverified accounts.
bet229 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice where the breach involves fraud, abuse, or illegal activity. Players may also close their accounts voluntarily at any time.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bet229 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bet229.ws ("the Platform"). Accounts where age cannot be confirmed to the satisfaction of bet229's compliance team will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings generated during the unverified period may be withheld.
To access real-money betting and casino services on bet229, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if they change.
bet229 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification to bet229's satisfaction may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal facilities or the closure of your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bet229 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility unless you have previously notified bet229 of unauthorised access.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the bet229 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
bet229 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, and 1LINK retail cash deposit agents. bet229 does not accept international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any other payment methods not listed above.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals and are subject to your account verification status. Higher limits are available to fully verified accounts that have completed enhanced KYC.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bet229 Account. bet229 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification requirements.
bet229 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions on the Platform are monitored for suspicious activity. bet229 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Players may be required to provide additional documentation to support the source of funds in such cases.
No Charge Policy: bet229 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own fees, which are outside bet229's control and are the Player's responsibility.
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and special offers provided by bet229 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in total wagers to be placed before withdrawal is permitted). Only wagers placed with eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements; game contributions vary and are specified in each promotion's terms.
bet229 monitors bonus activity to identify and prevent abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing low-risk or balanced bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, and any coordinated activity with other players to circumvent bonus restrictions. Accounts found engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided and may be subject to account suspension.
All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are displayed in the Player's account bonus wallet and in the specific promotional terms.
All bets placed on the bet229 Platform are subject to bet229's betting rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, and in-play market behaviour. bet229 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced (unless in-play betting is expressly offered for that market) or where a system or pricing error has occurred.
In-play betting is offered on selected events, including PSL cricket matches, international cricket fixtures, and other sporting events. In-play odds are updated in real time. There may be a delay between a real-world event occurring and the Platform reflecting the resulting odds change. bet229 reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event was determined but before the market was suspended.
Markets are settled as soon as practicable after the conclusion of an event, using official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of an event, bet229's decision, taken in good faith using available official sources, shall be final.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned where: the event is abandoned before completion; a pricing error is identified; the market was incorrectly offered; or where regulatory or integrity concerns arise. Void bets are returned to the Player's Account balance at the original stake amount.
The bet229 casino offers a range of games including live dealer games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), slot machines, and other electronic gaming products. All casino games are provided by licensed and independently certified third-party software providers.
Each game's rules are displayed within the game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available in the game information panel. bet229 does not alter the RTP of any game from the value certified by the software provider's independent testing laboratory.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the game round will be resolved by the game server according to the game's rules. bet229 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's internet service. Where a disconnection results in a game round being irresolvable, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet229 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
Consequence of Prohibited Conduct: Where prohibited conduct is identified, bet229 reserves the right to void all wagers placed during the period of prohibited activity, withhold any winnings derived from such activity, and permanently close the Account. bet229 may also report the matter to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
All content on the bet229 Platform — including but not limited to the bet229 brand, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of bet229 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to bet229 or its providers.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bet229. Unauthorised use of bet229's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Pakistani and international law.
bet229 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. bet229 does not sell personal data to third parties and only shares it with service providers who are contractually bound to handle it securely and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

bet229 enforces its 21+ age policy without exception. Any Player who has self-excluded from the Platform and subsequently attempts to register a new account will have that account immediately closed upon identification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet229's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time the claim arises. bet229 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data, however arising.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bet229 takes all reasonable steps to maintain the availability and reliability of the Platform, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services.
bet229 is not responsible for losses arising from: force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures); the Player's failure to secure their account credentials; or decisions made by the Player in relation to their wagering activity.
bet229 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, bet229 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) calendar days after notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4 above.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming law principles and the standards applicable to the jurisdiction under which bet229 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
Disputes regarding the settlement of individual wagers must be raised with bet229's customer support team within thirty (30) days of the relevant event's settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. bet229's decision on wager disputes, taken in good faith, shall be final and binding.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
